I don't remember much of ZX32 now but as far as I remember here is how to enter the POKES:
1) Start the game.
2) Freeze the action just as the game actually begins. That is, get past the menu's and stuff and into the action.
3) Pause emulator.
This is where things get a little hazy...
4) There should be an option to Enter Pokes or Poke Addresses or something somewhere in the menu bar.
5) Enter the pokes by filling in the address and the value. For example if Infinite lives pokes is: 28518,0 then the address is 28518 and the value is 0. If you have to enter more than 1 poke then enter each one sequentially.

Hope that helps.

1. Start the game.
2. Choose Poke Memory in ZX menu.
3. Press Add button.
4. Insert Address and Value.
5. Press OK button (twice).
You can also lock every inserting value, it's very useful feature in some cases. ;)
