But he has been banned on Russian forums so what should he do to tell about his decision? Buy ads in newspapers? Put announcements on lampposts? ;)
I can't remember any troubles made by Russians on WOS recently. Just some people seem a bit hostile to other nations imo.

1. This is clearly a Speccy case, since zx.pk.ru is a remarkable russian-speaking community, which brought not so few decent speccy production (new software, art, music, hardware) in past.
2. zx.pk.ru is the most corrupted, totalitarian, self-censoring ZX Spectrum community I've ever seen.
You personally may not bother with what's happening, that's your right. But there are people in WoS community who do bother what's happening in russian ZX communities as well as Russians bother about Czech, Polish, British, Spanish zx news, changes, releases.
