Your Emulator of choice.
Here at WOS there is a good active base of members.
Most I would think have a real speccy somewhere, but, most must use An Emulator.
Maybe there is a list some where, But it must be an old list.
SO.
What Emulators do you use, There are new ones, old ones, free ones, give me your money ones, PC, Mac, Apple and App ones.
Its time to make a list. I would do a poll but there are so many of them.
So just give the Emulator name and system used, and lets see who does what and where.
NO OFF TOPIC PLEASE...........
Just Emulator name and system used.

He's a lot older than that.

Bulls and red rags...

My god.
I've joined a bunch of girly girls......

PS Used to be Spin, then it was SpecEmu for a while and now it's been Spectaculator for over a year. Running Win7 on a Tyrrel's Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper.
Second choice: SpecEmu + Wine + Debian GNU/Linux
I have no Win installed in my machines. :p By the way, I also use a TK90X but it is a clone, not an emulator. :D
Didn't he just die a few months back? :-( He was OK, kinda wonky upstairs, but he was ok. Did I mention he was an ok bloke? Well he was, so there!
[WindowsXP]: SpecEmu, Spin (For its assembler), EmuZWin (For its assembler), UnRealSpeccy v0.20 (cos its small), UnRealSpeccy (Uptodate), EightyOne, WSpeccy (for its Sound 2 Midi conversion), Fuse (for its cycle accurate tests)
[Java]: JSpeccy PoloSpeccy (for 128ke & SEBasic use),
[SLAX linux]: SpecEmu [WINE] , FBZX
:)
All really excellent, and all tend to get used for their unique and different features...
Basin for Spectrum basic programming
Specbas for PC basic programming
ZX Modules for everything else
windows vista and 7 (tried Linux once and I would rather use Spud to find my roms folder than that crap.)
Xpectroid on my Kindle Fire HD
On my list of things to do is to attempt to install the .NET Framework under Wine so I can give Zero a try.
