Business Advice - growing a consultancy

I have a very small business which offers freelance fundraising advice:

A friend is keen to join as a kind of associate fundraiser. She knows what she is doing and would be able to take on projects I don't have time for.
She would benefit from my introductions, my website and testimonials and my central database.
I just wonder what would be a fair contractual agreement (a % of all she earns whilst working under my banner?).
Does anyone have experience of this as and when partners form practices?

but also ensure that she does not walk with your contacts etc..
