What i understand they are programs from a Dutch radio program.
His site: http://www.joyce.de/basicode/
Basicode was a special BASIC language (invented in NL) which could be used on lots of home computers in the 80's. It was rather successfull in several countries until the commercialised version 3 was launched.
Oh... Were there so many of them!!!
I used to borrow some of those from the library to play with. Most of it were pretty boring (for me) since they were not games, but I was always fascinated that they could be downloaded from the radio and played back on many kinds of computers.
Please let someone preserve them, they are of great (Dutch) cultural value.
(PS. Note that these are stored in Basicode formats, so if they were to be stored in an archive, they should be stored in the original cassette format, so .WAV files for these.)
EDIT: Oh, and yes, they were from a radio program. I used to listen to it back in the day.
