Galakzions (Mikro-gen)
I've just been having a look at this game.
It has a basic loader, then loads a machine code block, and then it's loaded, but there is more data on the tape. Anyone know what it is?

V1 in the archive has the extra data. V2 has extra data on one side only.
I just checked my copy and it is the same as V2 in the archive.
