Hi All,

I thought you might like to know about our Kickstarter campaign for our game Havoc Your Way ? The Chaos Years, as it may bring back great memories of games like SkoolDaze/Back to Skool, Spy vs Spy, Jack the Nipper and a few other mischievous making games.

However for this game to happen, we need every help we can to get funding via Kickstarter. We think you will love the game and rewards when you pledge. The link is:

Now a little bit about the game..

Havoc Your Way ? The Chaos Years
A new take on classics such as Skool Daze, Jack the Nipper, Spy vs Spy and many more mischievous games.

Ever wanted to decide whether you're a good or bad guy in life? Choose your own adventure!

If you've dreamt of being the king of mischief or the saint of saintliness, Havoc Your Way is the game for you! Saint or sinner? Hero or antihero?
You choose.

Actually you choose at the tender age of 6 outside of school...

But beware! Whichever path you choose, you have an adversary, Brian, who will take the other path, battling against you for points.

The crown for ultimate saint or sinner needs to be won over four levels, the school, university, work and retirement home by any means necessary.

Havoc Your Way - The Chaos Years is up for funding through Kickstarter and needs ?15,000/$25,000 for PC and Mac with stretch goals to develop for iOS, Android, Windows 8 Phone and Blackberry.

Had a look at it, after someone posted about it on Twitter, but there wasn't much information about who you guys actually are and if you have what it takes to bring the project to completion.

(A Google search about you wasn't much use either. For obvious reasons. ;) )

That's usually the trickiest part of Kickstarter, knowing if the campaign starter will fulfil, especially being a startup. I've pledged on a few and it will be the Hewson book that will be the first which I will get a taste of a project being completed and delivered.

It's through the forums and social media we were hoping people may ask question directly though. Essentially two of us do graphics, animation, audio and development work as a day job (well known banking and insurance clients). HYW is a personal project and hopefully you can see the professional and effort gone into it so far as an indicator.

We already have a basic demo of the character walking around and picking up an item and just need a budget to get everything we need!

I forgot to mention that we've put an advert in Retro Gamer this month and there's a chance on Facebook you may see an advert too if you like retro games and Spectrum pages :D

We are trying our hardest to get this game made and out there. Bully the video game was OK, but we want a proper Skool Daze spiritual successor for a new and old audience!:)
