Emilio Sanchez Vicario missing authors
In the instructions, Made in Spain is mentioned (Zigurat was the distributor branch of Made in Spain, as stated by the members of both.
"EQUIPO DE DISE?O
Dise?o general de la estructura del videojuego: Fernando Rada u Jorge
Granados, de Made in Spain."
So, I think Made in Spain should be mentioned in this game :)

(Apologies if this sounds a bit harsh - not my intention at all!)
Legally speaking, I think it is the other way round, really. As far as I know, Made in Spain was a label used by the founders of Zigurat when they acted as a development team. I don't think that Made in Spain ever existed as a company. In that sense, I don't think it is accurate to say that Zigurat was a branch of Made in Spain - let alone a distributor branch (indeed this game was distributed by Erbe).
That said, it is obvious that Made in Spain, as a label, existed much before Zigurat was founded by its members.
I'd say they should - as authors, imho. My suggestion is leaving the authorship field as:
Made in Spain (Fernando Rada Briega, Jorge Granados Martinez)
Zigurat should remain as publisher, imho again.
