Does anyone have the top part of a case in good/mint condition (rubber keyed version)?

    If you are referring to the faceplate, Sell My Retro sells them new, made by RWAP Services. Check them here.

    No the actual top part of the plastic, I have a good faceplate and rubber mat just the plastic has had some paint spilt on it and it makes the whole unit look poor.

    We have a boxed Spectrum at work that's faulty. I'm gonna bring it home and try and get it working (probably by getting advice here lol) but if it's unfixeable, then there'll be a case going spare :smile:

    OK, I have done really stupid thing, I tried to remove some paint from the casing and I used nail polish remover. I know, pretty dumb. Anyway now I have an extra problem not only do I have the paint, the nail polish remover has left the black grey!!!! Is there a touch up spray anyone can suggest? Fortunately the top plastic is the most affected by the nail polish remover.

    Please help!!!

    The only good thing is that the top case was already paint stained so at least I have that do lean on. But no excuse for using the nail polish remover...
