I guess everyone here is pushing on for Middle Age (as I am myself)

Anyone suffering from creaky joints?

I broke my elbow about 12 years ago and it healed up fine, but now it's gone really stiff.  It goes OK if I start using it, but once I go to bed and get up, it's all sore again.

It's a wind-up, as otherwise I still feel the same as ever.

One of my knees occasionally gives me a bit of mild pain, so does my shoulder after i slipped on ice and smashed it, it's got screws holding it all together.

Yeah, my knees are the worst...got one that gets sore and I need to pop it every couple of hours. And my left shoulder gets really sore with rheumatic pain, which goes up into my neck...Wake up with cramp a lot more these days too.....
