Two spring to mind, firstly the episode ( Hot Seat)where Jack and Victor try to get a seat in the local park to enjoy the lovely weather and keep failing. and the one where Winston tries to buy some chops at the local butchers(forgotten the title) only to have a local woman beat him to it every time. The butcher tells him he had a dozen left but she took them all which causes Winston to shout out, "Wut's she doin' building a Bluddy Cow"!!?
True situation comedy and not just a list of witty one liners rinse and repeat.
My personal favourite is called 'Scone' where they try to beat Tam at winning various postal competitions.
