Another old punk, joey image who drummed on the very early misfits singles (63)
Wow, 63's no age really.
I've been a Misfits fan since ma'youth, but when I first got into them they were almost mythical... I couldn't find out much about them, and with no internet I certainly couldn't follow their ever changing line ups! Had no idea (and still not sure) who played what on what record.
Anyway rip dude... sure I rocked out to you a lot whether I knew it or not!

Indeed, back in the 80s, only really thrash metallers were into them (and collected them religiously) Joey wasnt the founding drummer but he only played on this very early (1979 single)

I’ve always liked the misfits, but all my mates took the piss out of me for it, also when I was a teenager all the cheesy posers wore the t-shirts, you know the types the ones with dyed hair, green cargos, and a misfits t-shirt carrying a skateboard they never ever actually stood on.

Hmmm good times....
Good times indeed, i was light engineer in baroeg and did the light in 2010 on misfits, but that was without Joey afaik
63 is a bit to soon imo
lol just a bit after joeys time as he left the band after they got locked up in london for fighting skinheads on their uk tour in 1979, hence where london dungeon came from

Its so easy to forget how old these guys are. All you ever see is the videos of them in their 20s, so rarely see later interviews (with the ones alive).

I met Ricky over the last couple of years, used to attend our church. Very sad.
