    Now he knows...
  • R.I.P Peter Blatty
We’re sorry to report that author and screenwriter William Peter Blatty passed away on January 12, 2017, just five days after his 89th birthday. He was an author, best known for writing The Exorcist novel and screenplay.

Blatty was born January 7, 1928, to Mary and Peter Blatty. His parents were Lebanese immigrants who came to America on a cattle boat. His father left when he was a child, and through the course of his childhood Blatty, his siblings, and mother lived in nearly thirty different apartments because they would get evicted for not paying the rent. His mother supported them as best she could by selling homemade quince jellies. She was a devout Catholic and raised Blatty in the religion.

Blatty’s death was announced online on January 13 via Twitter by The Exorcist director William Friedkin, with the following message:

William Peter Blatty, dear friend and brother who created The Exorcist passed away yesterday

They have all gone to Mars to avoid the Giant asteroids heading for Earth, I went to Boots the chemist and asked for a cream to help with the Asteroids, they gave me some stupid cream, it was useless, the one on Monday was a very near miss. For all the good the cream was, I might as well have stuck it up my bum !

There is another one due in a few weeks, but Nasa say they don't know about this one either, they will probably tell us about it three days after it misses us, just like they did with Mondays one.

  • But is she a celebrity?
  • But is she a celebrity?

Not sure she's a celebrity, but she's defo famous.

It seems to be a celebrity these days you have to be a complete nobody, who ganked thousands of dollars for some kind of surgery to make yourself look like Frankenstein, because you were suffering from stress, and anxiety, because you didn't have Jordan tits, or the fake computer generated abs from the film 300. Then you have to go on to make a sex tape with a coke head athlete/MMA fighter, and then "like totally, by accident" send it to pornhub instead of your boyfriend/girlfriend.

Since they stopped Big Brother (Thank f**k!), it seems attention whores, and wannabe it girls/Socialites, and chav queens/kings, have to try a little harder to get noticed.

Apparently for British women wanting 15 minutes of fame sucking off or dinging a footy played up the arse with a strap on in a hotel room with your webcam running will still work :))

I could be a celebrity... The government have been shafting me for years.. I could just record it as a sex tape ;)

To quote Kryton ; 'Frankenstein was the creator - not the monster. It's a common misconception, held by all truly stupid people.'

  • I thought they stopped Big Brother after 10 years? I know they didn't here in the states, but it's not even a slightly big thing anymore to the point where I know it still exists, but you never hear about it at all.

I don't even know what channel it's on, or if it is actually still going?

  • It started on Channel 4 around 2000ish but ended around 2010 (i think?) and Channel 5 bought the license and has been showing the pish ever since, mind you Channel 5 are pish anyway :))
    Can't stand that programme.

A shame. He was a good actor. I loved his character Bob Morton in Robocop
    ("I'm cashing you out.... Bob....")
I also enjoyed him in The Stand, even though it was a pretty poor TV Movie.

  • Also apparently, another old punker has gone
Mike Kellie of the Only Ones

    and also
    Bill Price (on 22nd december)
