known to many as Oscar Goldman in the Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman.
I watched a few episodes of the Six Million Dollar Man a few years back, and was struck by the fact that Oscar Goldman was a good man, who treated his employees as equals. It surprised me because nowadays in most TV science fiction series where a person has special abilities and works for an organisation, then their boss(es) usually has ulterior motivations and is planning to either stab the organisation, or the employee (the hero of the TV show) in the back.
It's kind of ironic that these days Steve Austin's augmentations if available would probably cost about 12 times as much as they did back then, or more :))
Although to be fair the 72 million dollar man doesn't have the same ring to it, maybe if they remake it, which will probably happen at some point in future they can make it the 6 'Billion' Dollar Man? That'll tie things up nicely.
Oh man, it's just twigged who Frank Vincent is. He finally got his revenge on Joe Pesci in Casino (beats him virtually to death with a baseball bat before burying him alive) after getting the proverbial **** kicked out of him in Raging Bull and Goodfellas.
Here's one of the first vids I ever saw of Husker Du live, and Grant performing one of the better songs he wrote when with the band. Very dark lyrics, and very touchy subject matter at the time. I hate to say it though, but I always thought Grants songwriting was way weaker than Bob's, especially during the Punk Years.
Of course this is probably part of what caused the rift between Grant and Bob in the first place, well along with the love tension, and the drugs :))

thats a harsh one.
tbh I nearly always prefer bob moulds songs on any given husker du album, but he still wrote a fair few classics.
That's 1/3rd of one of my favorite bands gone...
R.I.P Grant Hart...
