Akumajo Densetsu is possible in ZX Spectrum?

Spectral interlude for ZX is fantastic. But i wonder if Akumajo Densetsu (nes) would be possible. If Spectral Interlude developers can port Akumajo Densetsu with all those graphics effects, no there limits for them.
