Thinking of Frobush

Thanks to Karingal, Jonathan smith has his avatar back, it will be a comfort to some of us seeing his old posts and being reminded what a good friend he was to us, even when at first I was a little frosty to him and his response was nothing but kindness.

I also have one of the puzzle piece photos Jonathan was going to use in his film Testing Natasha, this photo is called " Spots " and it will be familiar.

I know your anniversary has passed, but I was away, you will always be a friend to me !

Anyone else pleased ?

  • Was the film ever completed after he died ? If so is it available anywhere ?

  • When the forums switched over I lost the last few PM's I had with him.

Have no idea if I ever cut and pasted them into a .txt file or not? If so they're probably on my old Hard drive, and you know how much use I am at messing with old Hard drives.

Yes I lost all of his communications from him telling me how much he admired the work I was doing. I also lost the legendary communications from Cornish Davey !

You should find your old avatar Boozy !

  • That is almost the one Ash, the puzzle one is the one with the Testing Natasha logo on it, it is supposed to have a significant difference, thanks though, that is a better image !

there was an option to save them out. I think if you had too many of them, you had to to get more messages. should be a standard text file if you selected all / sav.. think it had the date saved as part of the filename IRC.

Thanks Karingal ! That's the one, I know there was a Saucer one and one connected to a plate of food, but how many and did they all have the logo on ? For instance, I can see no difference in the two images, could it be that they have different urls or whatever they are called ?

  • It's Widnessday already and still no mention of the fate of Saucer or Testing Natasha. All I really know is that the film was a post love story with no Testing and No Natasha, but a strange hard hitting story with a mystery, and probably some eggs or cornyflakes !
