Duty Free, my mum used to like that show, presumably because it was about holidaying in Spain and had a Plane in the titles. For my mum going to Spain was exotic as she was from the era and social class where a holiday to Margate in a caravan was the best one could hope for. In the 80s we started going to Spain on our holidays and I know that made her feel privileged.

Here is another awful show from the the time, started in the 70s but finished in 86, "Mind your language".

Started and finished in the 70's only brought back as a one off series for export in 86.

Agreed it was total crap even for the time.
