Totally totally off-topic javascript question
Evenin' people - can anybody help me here?
Internet Explorer will just not work for me with a bit o' script that works fine in Moz/Firefox.
This is the gist of it (and feel free, nay obliged to laugh at my code :):
now all this is doing is parsing characters from a string, testing to see if they're alphabetical, then getting the equivalent for them from an array (it's a shoddy method of encryption) and adding it to a new string, or it just plainly routes them to the new string if they're non-alpha.
However, IE just makes everything non-alpha appear as 'undefined' - Mozilla fat & Firefox both add the non-alpha characters to the string correctly. Any ideas? THe bit that doesn't seem to work is:
Thanks!

Rather strange though, I got a letter from the OU saying I had failed, and not to pursue courses in I.T. This letter came 2 weeks before the exam results!
I also did M206 last year, and fell asleep in the exam after doing 40% of it. Managed to pass it though! Just goes to show the standards of higher education in this country..
