WOOT! Tape Magazine 2017.

R-Tape

In a couple of months I'm planning to release Issue 1 of the Woot! Tape Magazine, Issue 0 being last year.

I hope some of you will be able to contribute again. I'm after:

-Demos
-Music, AY or Beeper
-Art, SCREEN$
-Games (including minigames and demos), but I'd like them to be exclusive to the magazine until after it's released.
-Utilities
-Puzzles, puzzle ideas - e.g. Speccy crossword clues.
-Cartoons, or cartoon ideas that I can draw see last year's for examples.
-Anything else I may not have thought of!

It'll be released around the beginning of December, so it'll be err, y'know that time of year, so feel free to give contributions a that time of year theme.

Can I send you some unfinished stuff (that I probably never will finish)? It's obviously not Xmas-themed, though.

I think the magazine is perfect for material that is not quite good/complete enough to justify a standalone release (but is better than a CSS CGC game). Perhaps you have an experimental project or a throwaway AGD game that's been languishing on your harddrive, WOOT! would be an ideal platform for it.

Just a reminder that it's one month before I plan to release. I've done two games for it but it'd be great if I could get some game submissions from others.

If you're jaded or a rusty coder/game designer then I'd recommend doing a little quick project, gives one quite a boost :-)

I'd like to contribute something, I've done some "work" on it already. I say "work" in quotes because it's actually a lot of fun! Not sure it'll be ready by early December though, but who knows....

do you have some more exact deadline for contributions? I may have something interesting for you finished in couple of weeks (but can't promise for 100% unfortunately, I was long time out of the Speccy and the come-back is slow).
