I ran the link in wget to minimize the risk of hijacking. It seems to redirect to http://dev.worldofspectrum.org/infoseek/people/test which though yields a 404 Not Found so possibly it was genuine work behind the drapes that accidentally caused an email to be sent to a lot of members, not a phishing attack?
