not sure if anyone has already spoke of this but, has anyone actually got this game to work as everytime i try and play this, the controls are not working probably because it's detecting a kempston interface?

Of course the game works. It was on a SU covertape once and I remember playing it a few times.

If it didn't work, it would be quite an outrage for the magazine.

Perhaps your setup is different, perhaps something else, we don't know.

It works fine using keyboard, never tried Kempston with this game so dunno about that.

When I use fuse (retroarch) only up works and fire. Left, right and down does not want to work and I used specemu and the screen was rolling as if the v sync was off.

I remember playing it with kempston just a while ago and it worked just fine (as usual). On a real spectrum.
