Spitfire 40 128k bug on emulator

On the Torinak emulator the Spitfire 40 128k has a bug. When you earn the ability to select ‘Mission’ after 40 victories, the programme crashes on the 1st objective, which is a star shape you need to fly around. Interestingly, if you fly here in any mission the game crashes. Is this an emulator bug or original programme bug?

    I have a bad news. Hack the code and this is not a bug. This game is unfinished. Compared with 48K version, there are some new procedures, a new effect - for ex. what you see if you fly over the 'star' - but the main code of "Mission" action is missing.
