Rocky Horror tips?

edited December 2004 in Games
Has anyone here managed to complete Rocky Horror?

I just CANNOT get anything done in time. I'd even settle for a cheat if there is one.

Nice little game, can't think that I'd have been happy if I'd paid full price but it's quite fun to see all the old characters dancing about. Quite a good idea about the dancing wasting your time too, makes a change from being shot at.

oh god yes! It was one of the first games I compleated.

don't know about tips though, I tend to pick up anything and drop it off at the de-medusa on the way to the lift, then work my way from the deep freeze back.

Keep at it, it's actually very easy ( and a fun little game too )

It's not a difficult game, you can see what you have to do, but it's just impossible to do it in the time limit.

I wonder if anyone played this gane without seeing the film/play and wondered what the **** it was about, it's pretty messed up really if you think about it... (e.g. the bit where you enter the room with the flying drugs, the zen room?)

Nah, there's plenty of time to complete the game. You've just gotta know which way is the quickest to the demedusa machine with the parts.

I've played this game a lot in the past and nether could complete it - time runs out too quickly. As you say, I was wandering that this game about? Later, in 1999, I saw the game 'Rocky Horror Show' for PC, so I understood that there is a film which game was based on.

For tips and tricks - there is a RZX file for this game.

The key to completing it is using the "Do Not Press" button. Press it and then it says "Do not press again". Press it one more time and you are back downstairs in the psychedelia room with the syringes and ying/yang symbols. Use this button everytime you get pieces from upstairs and you should complete it.
This game is probably my all time cult favourite. :)

That was my case. I watched the film version for the first time only four years ago and since then it has become one of my favourite comedy movies - glamorous, witty, sarcastic, even a bit crass (but in a very pleasing way).
Since then I have enjoyed the game even more, though I still haven't finished it!
