Off Topic: Medal of Honor - Pacific Assault

I love these series of games, completed all the previous ones.

However is this one bugged or something ? On the first level after about a minute some guy shouts out 'get down - grenade' and it doesnt matter where on earth I am but i get killed.

Has anyone else got past this part and how did you do it ?

    No I am afraid I've never played the Medal of On-her series and I wouldn't know what you're talking about :).....er is that any help? :roll:

    Um, when I played it, I kinda got interested in the Mail Office on board the ship, and spent 10 mins having a virtual tour of it.

    Duh ! Finally found out what the problem was !

    At the beginning you actually 'die' and then it takes you back 2 years to when you first joined the army etc ! Because everytime i kept getting killed i restarted i didnt realise you 'had to die' in order to continue !

    One of their last games was annoying as everytime on Omaha beach if you went in the wrong direction you were instantly killed so i thought the same thing happened here.

    Oh well !!

    I've bought the game on your recommendation but I can't get the CD in my tape deck, I'm gonna wait until I get DivIDE and then load it that way...

    Can't see how, but Is 'Medal of Honour' a brand name ??

    Can anyone write a game and give it an MOH title. ??

    If soI can think of many speccy MOH titles. :)

    You must be able to do it cos Codemasters did it in the eighties. Are you putting it in the right way? The side with the picture on goes on top.

    I have to say that the MoH games have suffered since the main programmers of Allied Assault left to do Call Of Duty.

    Call Of Duty shone, but Pacific Assault is a poor game by comparison.

    Thanks Alessandro, i'm normally good with search engines, can normally find roms for anything but the one i always use (altavista) i just kept finding huge MOH movies to download not a proper walkthrough.
