We did beat Denmark today after being 3-0 down after 1st period, ... maybe a good sign, who knows :)
I'm no fan of hockey (i do love American foootball) but the channel NASN (Sky 417 i think it is) is good for any hockey fans.
They show a lot of american hockey and more recently because of the strike theyve shown a lot of other minor league stuff including some euro competition. Thought i would mention it in case you dont know of NASN, they have a fair bit of freeview stuff as well and their website (NASN.com) is decent for looking at whats coming on

Yes, that was a dissaster. If Denmark relegates now, they can blame themself :(

a mate of mine rented an EA NHL game for his mega drive and I found it much more enjoyable than a football game

I prefer Canadian football. At least there's a chance of seeing two teams named the same* play in a blizzard.
As for the hockey, just started watching it with the Canada vs Sweden game right now. I'll tell you, you can sure see there's been a hockey strike for a year in the quality of play. Truly awful, amateur mistakes. But maybe that's because I don't like the outcome thus far.

Yes, you shot very good goal, but it was only one ;). I think you made one big mistake - the choice of your goalkeeper wasn't too happy. La??k would be much better I guess.

Thats right - MANS hocky is the one they play with all the pads an armour so they don't get hurt. GIRLS hocky on the other hand is a whole world more hardcore :lol:
