I'll hold off on that judgement until I've read it, Shaun. ;)

Nice to see Manic Miner in there. I still remember my jaw dropping when the author's friend sent me a copy for inclusion in the NVG archive back in 1998. I had no idea that such a thing was even possible on the humble '81.

Yeah - could be one of the most impressive things yet(MMinerZX81).
Whatever next - JetSetWilly on a calculator? Elite on a watch? Tetris on a toaster?????
    Aspec.

I'm not running a ZX81 emulator. Anyone care to post some screenies of the ZX81 version of Manic Miner?

I've actually seen 'Doom' on a TI Calculator :)

The RZX Archive has a walkthrough of Manic Miner ZX81. This was done by using ZX81 emulation on the 128k speccy.

...and Speccy Spoilers even has the ending for ZX81 Manic Miner (the only ZX81 game included in the whole site)! :D

I'll assume, then, that no news is good news; otherwise, I'm sacked!

I still haven't read it. I go through the mag from front to back - haven't even made it to the reviews section yet. :)

I do love the retro features in GamesTM, looking forward to the next compilation. I thought their compilation last year was much better than Retro Gamers.
