Trap door - Polish version

I have an old original tape with Polish version of the "Trap door". It's the official version of this game and it was released in Poland in 1986/7.
I checked TZX Vault and WOS Archive - Polish version of TD isn't there.
My questions:
1. Is that game rare?
2. Should I make a .tzx/.tap of it and send to WOS?

    The title wasn't translated, but the in-game texts were.

    P.S. It should be "drzwi zapadowe" to be correct.

    Oh well, I misheard on the telephone from Poland. Why was the title not translated then? Is it exactly the same then as the UK version?

    The game is the same as the English version - except the Polish in-game texts.
    Why the title wasn't translated - I don't know.
