Hmmm, Scotland gets about 10% of it oil revenue back. You shouldn't need and refineries and rigs, you dont have any oil to begin with.
Scotland/Norway comparison. Both coutries, very similar, with similar popluations, resources and OIL. Norway 5th richest country in the world, Scotland about 50th.
