Ah the Tkraps (how many were there again? :) ) were a great source of amusement. It's a pity they had to leave. :)

the original troll had some entertainment value, the copycats were not so good

I just don't get it ... was it an elaborate hoax or was the person genuinely going to try making a new computer? It starts out as though he/she has big dreams and a soldering iron but then I get confused* as to whether it's just a big joke.

    :)

*Then again, it doesn't take much with me.

    We are still here.
To report back on my aforementioned topic, I have still got some programming to do on the BIOS, got to get started with designing the board, decide on a language et cetera.
It's a lot to do without any colleagues in the office.
But seriously: expect it to be finished by may 2006.

Oh, nostalgia. Do you remember the time he threatened to upload a virus to WoS if another of his topics was locked? Or the time he claimed that he created a genuine, fully-working Artificial Intelligence system in Speccy BASIC?

    Good times. :)

    Artificial Stupidity!

They make for really funny reading. :)

The best bit was where he asked Dunny if he could actually program. Then when told he coded Spin he told Dunny writing the FAQ wasn't actually coding

How can we forget the most amusing troll we've ever had? Have we ever compiled a complete list of all his aliases?

    We've had:
    Takashi64
    TKrap64
    NeoMan?
    DarkTakashi?

He also used to go by the name Nathan occasionally. There were chatroom logs of his more memorable Tkrap-isms (didn't want to call them Listerisms - there may be a copyright issue there :) ) floating around a while ago. I think I still have a copy somewhere. I'll try any unearth it.

EDIT: Found them. I'll email them to anyone who wants them.

God i reallyyyy hate trolls. I do find them interesting as i cant believe some sad f*cker has no life and has to create some 'good news' to tell people and then to constantly lie about it and pretend its so real.

In real life these dweebs would always get a kickin but in cyberspace they can be who they want to be.

Very strange that tkrap was !
