I just seen large Boba Fett figure for sale on Ebay, almost tempted to buy one. His helmet comes off, so you can see what he looks like and I'd never seen him without that before.
Baby Yoda - so he probably about 100 years old there ...given he's supposed to be 3000 years old or something in Return of the Jedi. Hold on...I think I have Yoda mixed up with Elrond. 8-}
It's not Yoda. It's set about five years after ROTJ.

He's without his helmet in Attack Of The Clones. A much younger Boba though :-)
I like this mashup of intro to High Plains Drifter with the Mandalorian music. It's really well done, so the part with the panoramic view overlooking the town syncs nicely with the instrumental crescendo at about 2.10.

Mandalorian IS A Western

Yes I know its a Western. I used "mashup" for want of a better term not coming to mind. Thematically the characters are different though as the Stranger in High Plains Drifter is not a bounty hunter.
Just noticed theres episode 1 out of a TV show version of True Lies, its not got great reviews though lol
I remember it was talked about years ago when the film first came out, that there might be a TV series to follow about Boris and Doris the husband and wife spy-duo.
That one made me go wow! I've never played the game and don't know any of the storylines besides what has been shown in the TV show, so it is all new to me.
I've just bought the game for the PS4 (the PC version is expensive heh) along with a couple of other cheap games (GT Sport/Horizon Zero Dawn, thinking about Nier: Automata).

I watched the original (semi) 'live' TV version of Quatermass and the pit. One of my faves. The way Richard Shaw runs and gurns when he gets possessed is brilliant. The dark sets are quite creepy, especially the old house.
I've got about halfway through, and will finish it tomorrow. Great creepy sci-fi. Not sure which Quatermass I prefer best, but Donlevy portrayal is of a "younger" Quatermass, whose going to find his his scientific attit

Ah, scratch my last comment, i didn't get it finished, apologies.
I like the authentic period feel, and the scenes with the fire engines at the start.
The film was made in 1955 so they really were not trying to re-create that era. Donlevy imbued the character of Bernhard Quatermass with a sort of no-nonsense demeanour. But he was cast to appeal to American audiences. Quatermass creator Nigel Kneale was unimpressed with the casting of Donlevy (who was more noted for playing tough-guys). The character was named after Bernhard Lovell, first director of the Jodrell Bank Observatory.

Boba ain't as dead as you think he is.
As regards Boba not being dead - thanks I keep forgetting, because I have never really kept up with the franchise after the first three movies.

It's definitely based on the film, the big question is why now? I haven't seen any of it though.
