Weird and Funny feelings of playing the games...

what were your weirdest, strangest or funniest feelings of playing the games on 8bit computeres?
like scarying you to birth (death?!), making you shiver, itching... sneezing, having nightmares, was anything like that?
I?m sure I got sort of these feelings in some games, especially when deeply submerged into the gameplay and the story put me miles away from reality... just gotta recall my memory back which titles, parts of the games these were.

    Humm... Well, I did get this weird feeling of.... 'involvement', of being one with the character, while playing the two Adrian Mole adventures. That's probably cause I *am* a hopeless intellectual geek with no life. HOWEVER, there is a major difference between me and that punk: he actually got laid :p

    I have say, one time, and only one time I was scred out of my seat while playing Aliens (not the US version).

    It's when you are in a room, and the beeping noise that rises when an Alien is in the room with you. I was spinning around the room, trying to find it before it was too late, and just at the moment I got to it, it lunged towards me.

    Shocked the crap out of me, as it was soo sudden!
