In the uk, a special edge magazine has come out called Retro, it has a very interesting behind the scenes look back at zzap64 with the ex staffers Rignall, Penn, Liddon and many other excellent features including an Ultimate software interview and other speccy stuff

    Its a US Gold interview. Theres an interview with C64 musicians so the 64 got a lot of coverage. The spectrum doesn't have much except the remakes reviews. I was pleased to see SNES Pilot Wings of which I am a gold wings pilot and Elite which I am dangerous with. Whats that Chuckie Egg game on P54?

    If you are talking about the bottom left picture on page 54 then that is Bounty Bob Strikes Back. Was definately available on cbm 64, and prob quite a few other 8 bit machines. The pic in the bottom left corner of page 58 is from the same game.

    I hope that this was the game you were talking about.

    Bounty Bob was also available on the speccy - I bought it in a mad moment where I demanded some multi-screen platformer satisfaction.
