Cocteau Twins song with understandable lyrics Shocker!!!
It's true.
Their new compilation 'Lullabies To Violaine' contains a song, 'From The Flagstones' where you can actually, for the most part, understand what Liz Fraser is singing.
The band were unavailable for comment, but a source, completely unaffiliated with either Cocteau Twins or 4AD Records claims it was a mistake and it should never have happened.
Many fans throughout the world were shocked at this revelation and one fan from Caracas, Venezuela suffered a severe stroke and is now hospitalized. He is not expected to recover.

The bit about the song is true though - you can understand the words, which is a bit strange if you're familiar with Liz Fraser's unique vocal style. :)

If you're a Cocteau Twins fan, then you owe it to yourself to buy a copy. :)

I am and have all their work on CDs, so why bother with a new compilation CD?, is there anything new on it? or do they need some money for Christmas?

There is a dictionary that explains words like Violaine, Tishbite, Bluebeard and Iceblink.
Also links to some cool videos of Liz.
