The parent has to take some of the blame, after all it's his fault the kid has turned out that way. Your spend years moulding a child into the type of person you want them to be, teaching them right from wrong, to be grateful and appreciative. I wonder what sort of father he has been up til then?

    In an ideal world maybe..

I have three kids. All of them are fantastic on their own.

Now, the middle one... He is obedient, helpful, tidies up, polite - in fact he's the perfect Angel. That's when he's not at home.

At home, he's a bully, destructive, disobedient.. Like I said, on his own he is every parents wish. With his younger brother he is a nightmare.

He is only 5 and has so far managed to destroy everything in his path.

We have tried just about every type of punishment apart from physical. We have tried being nice, being horrible, threatening that Santa won't come, taking toys from him when he plays up, rewarding him when he's good. Nothing works.

Don't get me wrong here - I love him to bits, but it can be frustrating when he has a tantrum & you can't punish him! Tell him to go to his bedroom & he will. He'll then destroy everything in there! It's only a matter of time before he puts a window through.

Muddy's cousin has studied child psychology. I think Liam has as well cos he's one step ahead of her every time.

In total contrast, we have a 2 year old that is an absolute angel..

The only thing I can put it down to is that he seems to be very inteligent & gets bored very easily. (Obviously he gets that from me!)

I think the kid got off lightly. He's been saved from several hours of dull gameplay and ropey graphics. Me? I'd have stamped on the little bleeders face.

It's not like the father can't go out and get another 360 once the kid smartens up his behaviour.

Besides if the kid gets more and more stuff as well as demanding a 360 he probably needs a bit of attitude adjustment.

Hehe, almost over a month after Christmas...

I wonder how it all ended up :)

Smells like B/S to me. No one with an ounce of sense is going to sell a 360 for $100 or throw it in a dumpster.

    Those parents are totaly cruel.

Why the f*** would u buy the poor little sod an XBOX360.

It's that kind of mindless cruelty that turns kids into murderers ;)

Should've got him what he really wanted - a Spectrum +4.

Or, to give it it's proper name, the Nokia 770.

IMHO anyway. It just "feels" like a Sinclair product, and in the good way too!
