according to this BBC website article, INTERNATIONAL TRACK AND FIELD was a very popular Spectrum game.

    This is probably Ocean's "Track and Field" which is a Konami tie-in.

    Andy was featured on BBC TV East and also on the radio see the heads-up "Famous for Five Seconds" on Google - c.s.s. (27-SEP-2003)

    I didn't see the TV program but remember listening to the radio broadcast so it must have been available on catch-up radio or as a download.

    Viewers said that he was bearded Roger Whittaker's love-child.
