Name the game...?

Can anyone help me?

It's a strategy game which involved moving tanks and infantry units about on a contour map. There was a status box in the bottom part of the screen with scrolling text in it.

Apologies if this has been asked before.

    How about The Bulge then? There are plenty of contours in the Ardennes.

    Anyway, it's definitely not... erm... an old real time strategy game from Imagine. Everyone knows that the scrolling text box is in the middle of the screen above where the unit details are displayed.
