"BUYERS ARE PAYING FOR THE TIME IT TOOK TO MAKE THE CD AND NOT FOR THE GAMES SUPPLIED"

Cant believe how long it takes him to make a cd and chuck a few things on hes downloaded off the net. Could at least ask permission off the blokes who have done these remakes.

"No copyright on them"?? I suspect that in the case of Klass of '99, Rich J would strongly disagree...

The bastard. I hope some1 from the UK can do something about it. If I lived there I would find out where he lives and kicked his ass from here to eternity.

I've just posted the link to the RetroSpec forums, in the hope that they can get this illegal auction pulled...

Too late, it's closed due to someone using the Buy-It-Now option.

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NO-LONGER-FOR-SALE_W0QQitemZ8262610963QQcategoryZ112866QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

So there are 5 not for sale items costing 99p each plus 99p postage hmmmmmmmmmmm

This guy is a prize twat pure and simple.

Not only does he name himself after a shitpile record, he is probably one of those people who goes to work and just sits and surfs the internet all day downloading loads of stuff and then burning it onto a cd and selling it on ebay.

You know the sort I mean! , there is one in every office.

And just in case you didn't think he was a twat he thinks Highway pursuit was a speccy game. What a WANKER.

Just because it's a remake of an old game doesn't mean it's free.

Most of these games on retrospec are a labour of love, these people don't do it for the money, they do it because like us they liked the original game, it's just they have the skills to do some stonking remakes unlike the majority of us.

Anyway it wouldn't suprise me if it actually wasn't the little f**ker who runs Gaystage.

Yes, Klass Of '99 was definitely stonking... :D

    ...IGMC... :)

There's no such thing as "no copyright" since copyright is created along with the creation. Many freeware authors have to write notices in the software or readme files pointing out to people that their software cannot be distributed on CD without their permission in order to prevent this kind of activity.
