    Hello deVandemar!

It was me who generated the loader of Infinity and it doesn't have anything special on it ... it's tested on Spectaculator, R80, EmuZWin and RealSpectrum, without problems so far. Maybe SPIN is too picky about flashloading (!?!?!)

By the way, I hope you can test TZX2WAV v0.2, since I released it after your comments and suggestions in the development threads in this forum (stereo output and pause override).

    Greetings.

    Hello Franc :)
well, I don?t care about the emu, because it runs prefectly in Spectaculator, I only got problems with loading it on real ZX Spectrum 48+ - the problem can be in the conversion pgm else in the "flashy"loader i.e. in the first basic part which contains some MC and is automatically executed ;)
hopefully I?ll check this out during the weekend, I wasn?t in the mood for trying that yesterday after coming back from work.
perhaps, I can make a little video of what it does on real hardware.

That would be awesome. I lost my Speccy some years ago and while I find one I like on Ebay, I'd like to see the game in action ;)

SPIN 7a does indeed crash when flashloading, but leaving the Edge method enabled increases loading speed acceptably.

I'll have a look, but I very much doubt I can fix that.

By the way, you can give the game the mark you think it deserves, here in WoS and in the Computeremuzone site.

okay, short video - shot very briefly with a photocamera is here (18,1MB)
    the TV is B/W

notice the loader stripes giving response to a white noise which is present on a tape inbetween the header and body part of the pgm.

Oh thanks man - It's awesome, i mean the "real thing" :p I often compare the use of emulators to play Speccy games to some kind of "cybersex" - you know the real thing is always better, but sometimes you don't have other choice

Thanks man, it looks so cool.

yeah, you can?t beat the real thing :)
but cool it will be, when no reset would be happening all the time... :(

Hi. This game is very well done. I mentioned it over at the Retro Gamer off-topic forums for anyone who missed this release.

Keep up the good work :)

    Regards,

    Shaun.

na_th_an - no problems. I like Infinity, it's a very playable and fun game. A shame that it's not on real media though ;) or is it...?

    Regards,

    Shaun.

It was... and will. 15 copies were sold in a fair in Spain two weeks ago. More copies are planned to be published and sold in a future from our website, alongside the rest of our catalog. We are just working on the logistics ;)

The price will just include packaging costs, nothing else. The game itself is free, but the media is not, sadly :(

    Hi Na_th_an,

I think your game was mentioned in Micro Mart in the last issue or two. I can't find a like though ;)

    Regards,

    Shaun.
