Interesting Windows Live Mail something

Anyone came across this before? Sounds interesting in that they seem to be offering custom mail accounts for domain name owners. Here:

    Works here too, but it seems a bit weird. Most hosts will give you an email address anyway when you get the account. What's the point?

    Hmm, I thought it might be an problem with Firefox viewing the page so I tried Internet Explorer and got the same message. Strange.
