FAO Gilby, Andy B & ADJB - MIAs & Stuff

edited May 2012 in MIA/STP/SDP
Hi Guys,

Its been a while since my last post ! These MIAs are getting harder and harder to find!! :o)

Anyway, I have copies of the following that I can forward on to who ever has the least WIP:

Spectrum Roulette by Dymond Software: This is classed as STP in the archives. The tape also includes the "Gambling Tape" Compilation by the same company which is currently MIA.

Wordfinder/Punctuation Pete by Five Ways: MIA (cassette only though I'm afraid)

Epyx Action +3 Disk - There is no Disk image in the archives at the moment, so assumed MIA.

Gobbleman by Artic - Alternate inlay

Henrys Hoard by Alternative Software - Alternate inlay

Star Trader by Bug Byte - Alternate Inlay. The inlay is white as opposed to the yellow one that is the norm. The cassette has the Spectrum version on one side and the CBM64 version on the other. It states this on the spine of the inlay.

Let me know who best to send these to. As always I will inlcude a SAE for their return. They will end up on eBay so if anyone wants them before hand, drop me an email.

Keep up the good work guys !!

    Hi Andy,

I'll get these off to you ASAP. I've also got copies of "Four Smash Hits" by Hewson and "Frank Brunos Big Box", both on +3 disk. Both are missing disk images according to the current archive details, so I will send these up to you as well.

    Regards

Is the A4 doc / instructions still wanted? As I've just come across it while moving a load of magazines out of my store room. Is so what do you want it as? a pdf or jpegs or both?

    regards

    Yes please.

If you could do both formats it would be handy - I plan to OCR all the instructions in time (a very long time.....) so I could use the jpeg and the pdf would be better for download.

    Hi Karl,

I would be very pleased to redump these and compare the images.

I've since dumped these, but Franks Big Box required two separate disk sets to get a good dump. However, I could do with a 3rd to compare, so a loan would be most welcome, plus I can tell you the condition of the disks.
Hmm, can I just ask about FBB, does it actually have a box, cos I got a card board cut out stuck into a Amstrad Compilation disk type plastic wallet when I aquired one version on eBay. Didn't realise until I got it that it was a chop and paste job :-o. I have a full set plus the manual but nowt else, hmm I wonder. Oh and FBB is shaded Blue indicating It'll be in the next update, but I haven't actually indicated this on the SDP pages (doh). Plus it's denied as it contains an Activision title, as per the Vault's +3 section.

Regarding 4 Smash Hits, it might be my fault calling it Four Smash Hits, and therefore it not tying into infoseek ? But it should be resolved:

    Many thanks

Were the inlays for Gambling Tape and Wordfinder Punctuation scanned? Looks like there are some possibilities, maybe they are lost somewhere :)

It would appear the twin pack / compilation was:
