I reckon the baliffs were knocking on Boomzillas house but in the end Bleugh believed Boomzillas story that all his money is stashed in his private bank account on the Caymen Islands and he will send Bleugh the money plus more via Western Union over the next week.
In the meantime someone will write soon about how Boomzilla has had a hard life and despite appearing on Watchdog as hes also conned another 200 people out of money for a supposed X Box we should all feel sorry for him and take his side and how we shouldnt pick on him ;)
Also despite posting here the other month Boomzilla has again totally lost his memory and cant remember ever promising to pay Bleugh anything and wonders what hes done wrong.
Now I'm just waiting for the book, the newspaper interviews, the motion picture, the merchandising (T-shirts with a picture of Bleugh with an X Box tantalisingly out of reach...). Boomzi11a is going to join the cast of Eastenders as Nick Cotton's long lost twin brother, Pete. This is going to be the media sensation of 2006! Remember where you saw it first...

But I pretty sure that the longest thread of all time is Gamestage's infamous "Activision has joined the DENIENCES session" marathon thread, which is nearly double the size of this one. That'll take some beating.

I've also added specifics to the small claim that the parents were lying when they say have no forwarding address for him and provided proof that he still lives in the hove area
he claims to not be in contact with his girlfriend any longer
so, back to square one i'm afraid, i'm still out of pocket

No doubt he'll contact you offering some excuse the second some heavy arrives banging on his door, ignore him 100% and let them get the debt back for you and then move on.
The way Boomzilla has acted in all of this is appalling and he would hate to be treated like this.
I would even start up a website like that other guy who was scammed on ebay. (Thread over on Off Topic).
Go back to about page 25-30 of this thread and see his sob story. If people are going through bad times then thats obviously very sad, but to basically rob someone by taking their money, not posting an item on purpose is very very low.
I only keep going on about it on this thread as i've spoken to Bleugh a few times on email, just want the fella to have his money back and end this longgggg episode. I can see Bleugh outside the 'gig' now with his placard wanting justice and a poster with an xbox saying 'have you seen this xbox ?'

ignored me for 5 months untill I filed a small claim, then replied to emails and said 'sorry'
repeatedly promised to pay, never did
I won't call him names or anything here, please, read the forum above to see how he treats honest people
I would also contact every place theyre gonna play at and tell them your story. Might not make an ounce of difference but might pile the pressure on Boomzilla to finally do the decent thing and stop this sorry tale.
Whats the latest regarding the courts/ccj/small claims etc ? Is that all going ahead ? If you are doing that again then just leave them to it and no matter what Boomzilla says then just let them do their business.
The amount of money isnt huge, its the principle though. I cant believe D.Sanders still hasnt paid you back after all this time. Cant wait for him to get treated like this one day
