    I was gobsmacked when she turned to David Karlin.
    David Karlin was appointed Managing Director, Sage Mid Market division in April 2004. Prior to this, David was chief technology officer for Sage UK with responsibility for the company’s technical product strategy.

    I am getting one hell of a lot of hits on this. Probably half of Newcastle looking at their boss in worktime.

    He was always a hero of mine.
