Power Cuts

Hi folks,

Is any one else having 'random' power cuts? Our local power supplier is nPower. But just lately the service is becoming a problem with the power going down every week, sometimes for a few seconds and then for hours.
Just last Friday we were off for 6 hours, and this morning for about 5 seconds.

    Try ringing, emailing or texting your local radio station, they usually embarass power companies into explaining what's going on.

    I've had a fair few of these lately. In fact it's a wonder my Pc aint buggered.

    Strange thing is, they always always bloody well happen when your right in the middle of doing something which is extremely annoying.

    Bastards.. Just had another 5 second cut while working on the ACF4 now the bloody EagleCAD sch file is damaged.

    we normally get 10 or so a year, not had one for a month or so

    i once went to bed in a power cut, it was about 10 at night.






    note: turn everything off, stops you nearly shitting yourself, when tv, lights come on.
