We must demand that you take prompt action in the removal of the material in questionor we will be forced to take further action."

So are they stupid bastards or are they not? Trying the same bloody trick twice... I want to see the idiots taking legal actions against russian servers, ha ha ha...

    I think Martijn's answer was very appropriate and to the point, and it did seem to have achieved the intended goal. I'd suggest you follow the same path...

    Zx.da.ru is not my site... So I have no business with these idiots from IDSA. I just wonder why they try the same trick over and over again. Do they got no new ideas how to rip people off?
    And do they really think, they will be able to take legal actions against people in russia? What do they think? that usa and IDiotS(A) are allmighty?
    I know the letter from Martijn, and it?s a excellent answer...

    yea i saw on power of sound that it had disappeared but i didn't know why. this is so stupid. i rambled on about it in some other post about them i won't again, but i agree with you. i'd like to see them take it down, unless they ask for help from local authorities who might have him take it down, but i hope they're not that stupid, as they don't have to listen, but may want to be cooperative. really makes me angry. Virtual TRDos is another very good site.

    Best way to reply to them would be in Russian. Since the site is Russian I think they should at least respond to the owner the language it is written in. As far as I know now nobody did understand there message ;)

    What if I make a video stream from Super Mario and upload it on my homepage as MARIO.ZIP...? Then I will wait until I get a mail from IDSA (Mails are NEVER official documents, but letters are official! IDSA are then not allowed to speak officialy for its members). After this I write them in german (Vienna dialect), that I do not understand what they want... Then after their reply, I will write, I do not accept e-mails because they are not official, and after I get a proper letter, I will tell them that it is just a video... ;)

    Sure, but woman with horse head is not "less attractive", it makes a affair more complicated (I don?t even think about kissing that genetic experiment)... and completly unattractive for me.

    @Dr Beep: Now I understand. Please forgive me my ignorance, but I was never killed by Cosanostra. I think, the Russian Mafia did not send a black rose, they are doing their jobs faster, and kill you directla without sending you a "Kiss of death", black rose, horse heads or similar signs. And Yakuza, the japanese mafia uses a different method to tell you, that you will be the next... I?m not a mafia expert, but I?m sure that there are more mafia signatures that will set up terror and fear in your heart.

    A little history lesson:
    "La mano nera" (The black hand) was the name used between the 19th and the 20th century for the biggest association of Mafia families both in Italy and in the US. It was no more used after the First World War. From the 50's on it was replaced by "Cosa Nostra" (literally "Our thing", but it means "Our business"). Cosa Nostra is not Mafia itself, but only the biggest Mafian criminal organization of Sicily and Italy.
    So this black hand business is quite out of date, you see.

    Thank you for the history lesson. Some of the facts are already known by me, so for example the meaning of "Cosa nostra" and that it is not the mafia themself, but a "Family". I did not knew that the black hand/rose are a bit outdated now...
