KWIKLOAD for 48K Spectrum

I have a Spectrum cassete called KWIKLOAD.

I took a look at the arcive section of WOS:

http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseek.cgi?regexp=^Kwikload$&pub=^Foraits+Software$


It is listed as being published by Foraits Software in 1985. However my version has the same cassete inlay but is published by DataView Software in 1984.

Is this an error?? Or did DataView get took over??

    Foraits did the programming; Data View was the distributor. As the address for orders appears to have been a domestic residence it's likely that Foraits and Data View were the same guy.
