hmm...I think I know why I couldn't DL. The web-filtering disabling is accessible only in the 30 days in the Trial version and the registered version (and I installed a fresh Trial version) so it worked before when I still had the "Free" version on the old HDD with the HTTP tracing enabled once the trial version was over ;)
