Can't help thinking the old stuff is much better. I'm getting old. I'll get my coat.

there are certain games that are better when updated. and some that don't really need it.

*if you would like a list of these games please send a PO for ten punds to the usual adress.*

    Have games evolved ?

It's all just turned into high budget throwaway nonsense if you ask me.

Yes there are good games, and they look beautiful, but has there been an original concept in the last few years ?

Its gone from wolfenstein 3D to Half Life 2.

Same record.... just a better sound system...

Yeah, I think games HAVE evolved. It's a shame that 'everything', development wise, has gone all big budget and all Hollywood. Swings and round-a-bouts I guess. There's room for simple stuff too. And I get the feeling that the tide is turning. I do hope so! I'm f*cked otherwise! Lol! It's wonderful that the retro scene is really taking off. And I'm proud to be a part of it.
