GMAIL anyone wanna reccomend me? or what ever it is you need to do.

    Just wait, soon GMAIL doesn't exist in Europe.

    A German owner of the site GMAIL.DE has won in court from Google.

    In the UK they already had to switch to Google Mail

    Yep, it's been called Google Mail in the UK for some time now. I still refer to it as Gmail though, and probably will for some time.

    The whole GMAIL trademark thing is a storm in a teacup.

    Typing in "www.gmail.com" when I check my email always forwards me to the UK "Google Mail" site.

    It might be advertised as "google mail" in parts of Europe, but the address of your account is still "@gmail.com"

    Both @googlemail.com and @gmail.com work in these situations, and have since Google Mail became the norm.
