Your missus must be very understanding for you to have a room with all those pics up !! Reminds me of the stalkers room in Alan Partridge !

Last time i had tons of posters up on my wall i was a kid, loved putting Speccy adverts all over the place, Ultimate ones were the best !

Oh my god, i just spotted a Corrs poster up ! Are you sure youre not 15 ?? ;)

I got it off my uncle who was TSB bank manager in the 80`s, anyways, that`s my story and I`m sticking to it...

My mates just been and he was laughing his ass off that I`d stuck a pic up with Jet on, thinking about it, it`s not the best thing :( Think I`ll have to take that one down, I normally get the piss took for having a sisqo poster up on the other door, but that`s been replaced by a 2 * 3 foot Samantha Fox poster :D

    Did they my butt!

Would be nice if someone actually read the book and made a film of it.

and a mainstream, big budget verson, not the straight to DVD version from 2005.....

Still, we got the CGI musical version coming out next year.

how about a remake of the crazies.

That U1234 ( or whatever it was ) was shocking. I know you get editorial licencse when u make a film but to actualy do what they did bore no resemblance to the true story - in fact what they did write wasn't even a good story.

The mosquito was mainly used as a reconaisance fighter - cos it was really fast for the time. Love the film 633 Squadron - got a cracking tune.

The italian navy was crippled at Toranto when the fleet air arm attacked using the torpedo plane Swordfish.

Finally saw Batman Begins (actually bought the DVD for a fiver).

It's *very* good, much more faithful to the graphic novels than the Burton movies.

I even like the Batmobile and the ability to glide.

I thought the 1989 Batman movie was a classic - it still is - but Batman Begins does things almost properly, as opposed to the 1989 movie which was a halfway house between the graphic novels and the TV series, with a bit of Hollywoodization mixed in..

I watched it a few months back. Didnt like it at all. I thought Bale was a good Bruce Wayne but an awful Batman.

Gotta agree, I really enjoyed it. I much prefer the adaptation following the novels. The Dark Knight definitely gives the film more atmosphere and depth rather than the Kaapow Bam! route which Hollywood seems to prefer.

They did. :p :) Screenplay by Barry Lyndon (who went on to become a movie by Stanley Kubrick), produced by George Pal (or George NTSC as he's known in the USA). :D

I got a copy (on VHS sadly, not DVD) with a WoTW PC game I bought from Poundland ages ago; I never got around to installing or playing the game (it's for PC), but IIRC one can choose to play as either the British or the Martians. :)

Batman Begins is a superb film, got it on DVD. It has been a while since I have seen the others.

Anyway, I dunno if no one has mentioned this yet, but my god can someone PLEASE do a decent Dungeons & Dragons movie! The one I watched this evening with Jeremy Irons was so crap it almost killed my red dragon game!

    Dungeons and Dragons?

You can't make a good film of something that was crap in the first place.

    "Throws 2 16 sided dice"
