I think that Gordon has ...
...taken my 10% and given me back 2%.
I certainly don't get any of the 40%.
This may happen sometime in the future when he can blame someone else.
More good news ... My council tax has gone up to over ?1200 ... that really helps.
Thieving cunts.
Wonder when I can earn some extra cash to feed my family.
Hope they crash their Jags.

Does that even count???

:-?
Just find out were they park, and then key the paintwork.
Usual budget, tons of spin, tons of stuff which look alright on paper but dig deeper and its rubbish. Hopefully be his last one
Didn't Tony make a huge song and dance about the "Fantastic New 10% Bracket Especially to help those on the lowest incomes."
I honestly don't know, I wasn't there ... if anyone was there with a camera-phone maybe they caught some pics for us? Anyone? No takers? Oh, well then.
Would have been funny to see Tony dance though ... would have made a funny Spitting Image skit ... or it might have landed somewhere on Utoobe.
Gordon will stick his thumb up his ass and guess the average amount of cash in hand money earned by his loyal subjects and will impose a 50% windfall tax based on this imaginary figure backdated to the point of birth.
Drastic times call for drastic measures.
I hereby formally request the breaking of the Union. As Gordon is a Scot. They can have him back, and welcome to him.
Recent polls put the Conservatives up 15 points ahead, a lot of this is due to the country expecting Gordon Brown to be PM imminently.
Mind you, I don't drive, smoke and rarely drink...
Meh, I never expect a windfall in the Budget, just to more-or-less break even.
Skarpo- "Does that even count?"
:-)
The Tories are only about 10% ahead at the moment. The polls which are giving them leads of around 15% are based upon the premise that Gordon Brown is Labour leader. It's no surprise that Brown is more unpopular than Blair.
Hopefully Labour will come to their senses and elect another leader.
Thankfully the tories will scrap the plans if elected, which gets my vote. That, and Cameron's favourite album being "The Queen is Dead" by The Smiths :-p
